How can I obtain my Digipass codes?

Go to the closest Self'Bank (option ING Self'Service) or branch, enter your serial number (indicated on the back of the Digipass). You will then receive your initialisation code (ING INITIAL PIN) as well as the blocking codes (PUK 1 and PUK 2).

How can I initialise my Digipass?
|
|
Once you have the initialisation code, turn on your Digipass (key ), enter the code (ING INITIAL PIN). You must choose your secret code (PIN: 5 numerical characters, too obvious codes 12345, 11111, ... will be rejected) and confirm it.

Your Digipass is ready to use. When you use it subsequently, you will not have to enter your secret code again.
|

My Digipass has blocked, what must I do?
|
|
When you enter 5 successive wrong secret codes (PIN) in your Digipass, it will block temporarily and you must enter the first code to unblock it (PUK 1). If Digipass blocks a second time, you must enter your second code to unblock it (PUK 2). If you block your Digipass a third time, you will not be able to use it ever again and you will have to order a new one.

How do I identify myself in Home'Bank with my Digipass?
|
|
Identification by means of Digipass is only possible in the On-line services of Home'Bank.
|
|
Turn on your Digipass ( ), press , enter your secret code (PIN) and your Digipass will give you the signature with which you can identify yourself in Home'Bank.
|

How can I save my Digipass serial number and my personal access number?
|
|
Tick this option if you want your personal access number and your Digipass serial number to be entered automatically next time you log onto Home'Bank.
|
|
If your operating system does not permit the creation of different user profiles (e.g. Windows 98), you can only record a single profile on your PC. In recent operating systems (e.g. Windows XP) you can record the Home'Bank personal access number and the Digipass serial number for each user profile.
|
|
Don't tick this option if you are not the only person to have access to this computer and if your operating system does not permit the creation of more than one profile.

How do I sign my transactions with my Digipass?
|
|
When you use Home'Bank, you identify yourself via your security module or with the Digipass. If you choose Digipass, you must sign all your transactions through this channel.
|
|
Turn on your Digipass ( ), press , press , enter your secret code (PIN). At the end of the transaction, Home'Bank will calculate a unique code for you (DATA TO SIGN) which you must enter in your Digipass which, in turn, will calculate a signature for you to enter in the field "Signature".

How do I block (stop) the use of my Digipass?
|
|
If your Digipass is lost or stolen, you have the possibility to block its use.
|
|
- Go to the closest Self'Bank (Option ING Self'Service)
- or to your branch
- or call the Home'Bank help desk on 02 464 60 04. Do not forget to keep your Phone'Bank personal access number as well as your Phone'Bank secret code to hand.

With this procedure Digipass cannot be used again. If you want to continue to use Digipass, you must order a new one.
